I don’t need to remember some shit product/tv show/celebrity or what colour the sky was on a certain date in the 90’s for me to be a 90’s kid. 

If you were born in the 90’s … you are a 90’s kid. Same as the 80’s, 70’s, 60’s and so on and so forth.
